I dislocated my shoulder in the summer...made it all the way through football season with it being ok...then dislocted it like 7 times randomly.
so I started physicaly therapy to avoid having to get surgery. been in it for two or three months and my physical therapist goes "yeah your shoulder is alot stronger and your rotator cuff seemse to be healing nicely, you should only need one or two appointments, and you wont have to wear your sling so much anymore.
that was monday.
yesterday i had a concert downtown. I'm pulling my Tuba out the back of my truck and it sways a little bit and takes my feet out from under me. I throw my arms out to catch myself and guess what? BAM, disloacated shoulder. (same shoulder)
now i get to go back and see if i need surgery for realz. and im in a sling.
on the bright side my girlfriend's parents were at the concert and thought it'd be nice to take me out to a nice fancy dinner with them :D
